My name is Rajiv Jha. I started this venture in 2011 with the help of my classmates and my class teacher. Within six months, we had acquired good clients, even though the company did not have any paid employees at the time. Things were going well for a long period, but then a customer—about whom the company had no prior details—suddenly arrived looking for the owner. I met him, and upon learning his story, I felt deeply concerned. I convened a meeting to discuss the matter with my classmates and the class teacher, but they backed out of their commitments. Feeling that this was wrong, I decided to run the company on my own; that was when JSN INFOTECH—standing for “Jha Service Network Information Technology“—was established.
